Hailing from Albuquerque, New Mexico, Alternative Metal band Seven Days Rest came onto the music scene of Albuquerque New Mexico in late 2015. Leaning into their style, Seven Days Rest primarily uses the down tuned heavy guitar sound of mid-2000's Alt-Metal scene, and the darkly aggressive songwriting of modern Post-Hardcore/Metalcore.
