Hailing from the Capital Region of New York, BMS is a 6-piece indie rock outfit featuring violin, keyboards, two guitars, bass and drums. Haunting violin melodies, prolific synth sounds and dance rhythms permeate their catalog of original tunes written in a variety of genres. They also sprinkle sets with fun covers hand-picked from all over the musical spectrum. Black Mountain Symphony has a vigorous schedule playing music venues all over the east coast. They have performed with several national rock icons including Rusted Root, Modest Mouse, Flaming Lips and Days of the New.
