Buoyant music for turbulent times; such is the mission statement that drives Lifejacket, an exciting new band hailing from Norwich, UK. Bringing cacophonous beats, fuzz-laden riffage, and soaring melodies - while channelling the likes of Amyl and the Sniffers, Soft Play, and FIDLAR - Lifejacket are mixing up a fiery concoction with lots of heart and plenty of tongue (of the "in-cheek" variety), and they're serving up the finest slices of pop-thrash angst-punk since the dawn of time. Or at least since Nirvana broke up.
