Born and raised in Houston, TX., Rich began playing guitar and drums at the age of 12. As a fan of all types of music, he was in several bands (generally Rock and Roll) and toured the country as a drummer for a Christian band, Moriah. Even though always a fan of everything from Country, Rock, R&B, and Jazz music, country music was always his first love. His most prominent influences are George Strait, Garth Brooks, Cody Johnson, and Jason Aldean to mention a few.
