ADAMARE (ad- to , amare - love) is a group of multi-instrumentalist musicians who happen to all be teachers at the same DC public school. Often described as soul-jazz-rock fusion, the band combines punchy rhythms, sultry singing, evocative lyrics, and stirring soul. After forming in late 2021, the band has finally had the opportunity to start recording and playing shows after the COVID school shutdowns.
