The 8 legged Antelope play alt-jazz pop. Their music defies generic classification; having learnt a vocabulary from the music they love, Antelope now speak a language of their own. Antelope’s balance of ear-worm hooks with forward thinking harmony and rhythm, all within a catchy pop form, has taken them to many big UK venues and festivals. Formed in Birmingham in 2013, Antelope features some of the city’s top up and coming musicians, led by composer Dorian Childs-Prophet and fronted by singer Taan Parisse.
