Born to Cuban immigrants, Jiubel was brought up in a Spanish-speaking household that encouraged his creative side: “They let me be who I wanna be.” Growing up surrounded by classic rock and reggaeton, he found musical heroes in artists such as Lil Uzi Vert, TrippieRedd and Juice WRLD, the latter of which he calls his biggest influence. “He was a rockstar with a style of his own.
