FACUNDO ESTEFANELL is a Uruguayan bassist. His music comes from a fusion between the improvised language of jazz and inspired by classical music, tango and candombe. At the age of 18, he moved to Montevideo to continue with his classical musical training, and this is where he began to participate in many concerts and gain prominence in the local tango and jazz scene. He as collaborated with artists such as Hamilton de Holanda, Hugo Fattoruso, Yamadu Costa, André Mehmari, Tomas Improta and others.
