Dj CurlyLocks started off as a rapper and DJ in Philadelphia and went by the name Grand D. He and his old rap partner E.S.T of Three Times Dope would dominate the hallways of Olney High School during lunch time. He then joined a Sound system known as AstroFunk and packed parties with greats such as, Jazzy Jeff, Fresh Prince, Dj Cash Money, The Beastie Boys, Eric B and Rakim, KRS One and many more.
