Mr. Simon, a vibrant children's entertainer and music educator, grew up in North Turramurra, Sydney, surrounded by a family that encouraged his musical pursuits. He began his musical journey early, playing his grandfather's harmonica as an infant and learning piano at age four. By 14, he was winning state competitions on the clarinet and playing drums in various ensembles. His passion for music led him to travel globally and later study jazz at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music.
