Ray Marcell- God’s Artist Born March 31st 1995 Ray Marcell was raised in the toughest of neighborhoods in Cleveland Ohio, early life Marcell enjoyed music and as a young adolescent his passion for music was sparked by his father who’s also a musician that plays with a band. Although he discovered music from its roots he later on fell in love with Hip Hop/ Rap.
