A trio on the brink between lyrical jazz, pondering chamber and film music. Soft-hearted and wistful they explore the the borders of composition and improvisation. Their debute ‘Askr’ was released in spring 2019. Askr refers to the ancient Nordic world tree Ygdrassill, which connects the nine worlds in Nordic mythology. It also refers to the first man on earth, named Askr. Their second album ‘Embla’, the first woman, was released in autumn 2020.
