IDRØ was born and raised in Agrinio, a Greek provincial town. In 2018 he moved to Athens to study and built a home studio, where he discovered his love for melody and mastered the sounds of autotune. IDRØ was creating music every day for 3 years, either recording solo tracks or working as a sound engineer for other young artists. IDRØ found himself in a complex situation and was imprisoned for almost 2 years. While still in jail, he managed to release a mixtape with unfinished tracks, "Elemental 49".
