Karolina Beimcik was born in Poznań, Poland. She is trained as a classical violinist and jazz singer, drawing from many other influences, including Polish, Ukrainian & Indian music and poetry. She works and collaborates in New York, Poland, Ukraine, India, and Japan. Her first solo album Zorya was released in 2018 and became a part of a larger international project promoting Polish music culture in New York.
