Taking his first breath in Reading, Berkshire with a mixture of British and Jamaican heritage, The Rhythm Kartel’s earliest music memory is hearing Adam and the Ant’s ‘Ant Music’ and The Tweets ‘The Birdie Song’ on vinyl. At an early age he was obsessed with mastering the guitar and swiftly cemented his musical foundations by playing in various local bands and recording their demos on an old tape 4-track.
