Overcrook is a groove metal band born in 2019 during the bleak Canadian winter. Powerful, intricate drumming, grinding vocals and loud yet focused guitars put their sound alongside bands such as Corrosion of Conformity and Pantera, as-well as taking from bands like Tool and Mastodon and creating more textured, atmospheric songs. Their debut album “All Hail Oneself” has gained them significant notoriety within the Canadian metal community and opened the door for them to play to sold out venues supporting touring bands such as Cancer Bats, D.O.A., and Indian Handcrafts.
