The Orphic Creative, aka Rob Grant, is an electronic producer, songwriter and DJ. His music spans a wide spectrum of sub-genres, from lyrically melodic Downtempo and Ambient soundscapes to dark, vibey EDM, Dub and D&B bangers. Born and raised in in South Africa, Rob studied classical piano and was also deeply influenced by the electronic and dance producers of the the 80s and 90s. His own adventures into electronic production began in the late 90s, during which he produced several albums worth of House, Trance and Downtempo Electronica tracks on a home PC system, to critical acclaim.
