Cynthia Tauro and Brendan Canning (Broken Social Scene) met at Fieldtrip festival in 2022. They began writing together shortly after, and developed a partnership with a deep connection and ease in writing music. They have collaborated with many writers and producers including Kintaro Akiyama, Moose (Spencer Muscio), Juwayon Clarke, and Josh Trager to name a few. Cynthia Tauro graduated with an honors degree from Carleton University in jazz piano.
