Andalusia is best described as a dreamscape into a 90s alternative-rock revival. While they stray from positioning themselves into one particular category, they draw their sound from guitar music influences like Pavement and the Pixies. Standing as the second band in Leeds to sign with Tap Water Records, they’ve been on a strong string of live performances across the city. Andalusia’s sound is completely untouched by the Leeds music scene and they are willing to stretch the resistance on guitar revealing grit accompanied by subtle shoegaze atmospheres.
