Nick began playing music at the age of ten starting with choir and guitar lessons in school. His love of country music and rock music had been cemented at a young age. As a child his father would play music and have Nick guess the artist despite not knowing the song. Every Sunday he would visit his great grandfather who play classic country vinyl introducing him to Hank Williams, George Jones, and many others. This developed Nick’s ear and love for music and influenced his song writing today.
