Rome was born in Dubai and immigrated to Toronto at the age of six. Although Dubai has a reputation for being a city built on luxury, Rome and his parents came to Canada with nothing. Growing up in Mississauga, he was exposed to a variety of cultures and music, it wasn't long before he fell in love with Hip-hop. Rome had seen the genius and artistry in the rappers that came before him.
