Lock & Chi is a new intercontinental pop-rock duo featuring songwriter Lachlan Meurer from Newcastle, Australia and recording artist Chase Tremaine from Nashville, Tennessee. The duo's stage name comes from the members' nicknames ("Lock" or "Lach" for Lachlan and "Chi" for Chase, whose nieces call him Chichi), but it has a double meaning as a reference to the phrase "lock and key."
