Ley, whose full name is Rodmina Ley Abellard is a Massachusetts based Afro R&B Artist. Ley is a Haitian native and grew up listening to a wide variety of music, from Tina Turner, Shanice, Debarbe, The Jackson’s you name it. She also writes all of her music, composes her music and sometimes produces not only for her self but other artist as well.
