Salena Godden is a high-profile writer and poet based in London. Her work has been widely anthologised and published, her latest poetry collection is 'Pessimism is for Lightweights' (Rough Trade Books). She has also made several albums, most recently the spoken-word album LIVEwire (Nymphs and Thugs) which was shortlisted for the Ted Hughes Award 2017.
