London born artist Jonathan Pontes-Betu aka B.I.G (Born In Grace/Born In the Gutter) has been writing songs since the age of 16. His love for music extends from his upbringing, his mum and dad played gospel every morning, his eldest brother also listened to RnB and Hip-Hop, these experiences shaped the music he has listened to and created. Jonathan began with poetry, writing whenever ‘inspiration’ hit, slowly using this poetry to write his first song.
