Rock alternative outfit Dark Island, fronted by former Inhale Exhale vocalist Ryland Raus, suited up in Cleveland, Ohio, in the spring of 2020. The group’s signature sound, created through arpeggiated synth, adds a dash of edginess that weaves smoothly through their pop alt-rock foundation. The four members, who draw their inspiration from powerhouses such as 21 pilots , Bring Me The Horizon , and 30 seconds to mars, bonded creatively and knew they had something special.
