2981 is a post-punk band based in Manchester, England. Comprised of Guy Denis-Bushell, Esme Watts and Elliott C. Forster. Initially formed as a 2 piece group in the street of Manchester's Northern Quarter during the summer of 2023, The songwriting partnership of guitarist/vocalist Guy Denis-Bushell and drummer Esme Watts soon blossomed.
