Cutting their teeth on the Manchester music scene in the early 2000s, Ellwood a four-piece indie rock band from Salford soon gained notoriety for their amazingly tight live performances and a wall of sound that defies the bands numbers. Media interest and radio play of their original material soon followed via the likes of Manchester Music stalwarts Clint Boon (Inspiral Carpets) and Mani (The Stone Roses).
