Ian Vasquez also known as DEVL is a 23 year old self taught electronic music producer from Madison, Wisconsin. Releasing music only 3 years ago, DEVL's first and only album 'Pacemaker' has already won the Madison Area Music Association Award for Electronic Album of the Year in 2018. After visiting Los Angeles later that year to get a better understanding of the industry and scene, DEVL knew he wanted to pursue his dreams as a career.
