Saikō no Kirā

Isaiah E. Bell (AKA. Saikō no kirā), is a young African American artist born and raised in SouthEast San Diego, CA. From a young age, Saikō was always in love with music and arts. From singing in church to creating songs in his lonesome, his passion for music grew.
