Dominic learnt piano from the age of 4 and was trained as a classical pianist. He learnt church organ for 2 years before joining a rock band. He formed his own dance band when he was 16 years old and they played the working men's clubs, caravan parks, pubs and hotels in the south of England clocking up over 50 gigs playing everything from disco classics, rock and roll, pop classics and the full range of dance tunes from foxtrot, quickstep to the St Bernards and the Valeta.
