Yoko Hikasa (born July 16, 1985) is a voice actress and singer from Kanagawa Prefecture. She is also the president of the voice actress agency "i.nari Inc. After graduating from high school, she studied acting at the Japan Narration Acting Institute and joined the entertainment agency i.m. Enterprises in 2006. In 2009, she played the role of Akiyama Mio in the anime "K-ON!" and sang as a member of the unit "Houkago Tea Time" that was formed during the show.
