Pavel Dovgal is an electronic music producer , sound engineer based in Los Angeles and founder of the independent music label Monoclockmusic. Pavel made his first steps as a musician in Ukraine 2008 when he started creating his first tracks and mixes. His first studio release followed with “Cassiopeia” in 2010, debuted on Berlin based music label Project Mooncircle.
