Is Muscle Memory a band or a DJ/production duo? The answer is yes. Longtime veterans of the NYC indie community, Steven Reker and Michael Tapper connected during their parallel journeys from the world of rock bands and live performance into the dance music and DJ universe, ultimately deciding to blend the two in a single pursuit.
