Mainstays of the Philly area local metal scene, gravelord is nothing more than loud, hard, and fast. Not interested in fitting in and not interested in doing what's already been done, they consistently blur the genre line - offering a throwback to the melodic metalcore of the past but also pushing the genre forward with elements of contemporary hardcore, often infused with a bit of nu-metal inspired lyrical workmanship.
