Wilder Octavius with stage name Wid is a Haitian singer, songwriter, composer and occasional actor born in Port-Salut, a commune in the South Department of Haiti. Raised by his mother and grandmother, he is the eldest of his siblings. He grew up in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, not the richest in his area but definitely rich in upbringings.
