Yanga Maweni's (yungseruno) music journey began in 2018 when he was still in high school, he started working at the BoyznBucks store in Johannesburg. It was in the same year that he fell in love with being DJ, a skill in which he was taught by the late popular DJ, Khanya 'THE VOICE' Radebe. He has since went on to work with his closest friend Lucasraps, who is well-renowned in the South African music space as well as Blxckie and DJ Speedsta amongst many.
