Born in a little village in the East part of France called Yutz, Maytra quickly rolled to Paris when his hometown was getting to narrow. While studying in Colombia in 2018, he bought his first Maschine. The mountainous scenery evoked nostalgic memories in him, feelings which he quickly turned into deep house sonorities. After spending two years in Paris in 2019 and “countless beautiful Saturday afternoons” La Ferme du Bonheur organised by la Mamie's in Paris, a connection between the label and the artist was born.
