Diana Elizabeth Ellmers (born October 8, 1992) Known as “Dee Duchess” is an American rapper & songwriter. Duchess was born in Livingston, NJ. She has Italian roots. She was brought up in the Evansville, Indiana area. On September 25, 2020 Dee was the suspect in an officer involved shooting with a Vanderburgh County Sheriff’s Deputy in the Evansville river bottoms. Duchess is currently incarcerated in Rockville, IN at the Indiana Department of Corrections, Rockville Correctional Facility.
