Sobre Treverket
Treverket is a project led by Mathias Marstrander and Martin Hjetland, and consists of a bouquet of creative musicians who come from the jazz scene in Bergen, Norway. The music has its roots in the Nordic jazz tradition, but borrows references from both country, bluegrass, pop, rock and free improvisation. The result is catchy, melodic and exploratory septet jazz, seasoned with soaring pedal steel and synthesizers.
