Joeii Lee Cruz born (October 29, 1991) is an American rapper, singer, songwriter, record producer,entrepreneur and a member of the Wild Life Livin Movement. SCVRR gained recognition as an artist throughout his earlier years formally known as "ScarrBoy". Intent on following his music career, SCVRR signed a deal with an Independent Chicago label. This label was called Lunatico Records which eventually intertwined with early 2000's major recording artist, Lil Flip and his Clover G Records label.
