Lambert Nova was founded 2017 in Piteå, Sweden, by guitarist and songwriter Jörgen Halläng. The main influence then was heavy riff bands such as Royal Blood and Muse. They released their first single "Sun Has Set" in 2018. In the second part of 2018 the band was relocated to Umeå, Sweden, with new members joining Jörgen Halläng. These members are Per-Anton Linder on drums, Samuel Lind on bass and Mattias Lindberg on lead vocals. In 2019 they released the bands second single, "Stay Above Me".
