Max Alan is a singer-songwriter from a historic, coal-mining region at the base of the Appalachians in Southwestern Pennsylvania. Inspired by the greats of folk and country, his sound resembles a northeastern style of raw, heartfelt, guitar-heavy Americana and alt-country music. Alan began his musical journey writing poems in high school to win scholarships to fund his pursuit of a college education.
