Suubi was first introduced to her love of music in the community that shaped her character, defined her outlook, and gave her footing and identity as a musician, Kampala, Uganda. Whether it was Sunday school, the private school she attended in her childhood, or at gatherings with friends and family, she always found herself where the music was.
