Ciara Silva started contributing to the arts of Lipa in 2015 through volunteerism and involvement in events for causes. She then found busking and storytelling in the streets as a way to connect to all ages on a personal level — one person at a time. Once a photographer and a poet, Ciara had compiled some of her works in an art account. She’s vocal about collaboration and fights to welcome various art forms in her community. Today, she’s a full-time writer and storyteller.
