Wooden pews, stained glass and simple liturgy are the backdrop to our place of worship on Sundays in Spokane, WA. We aim to make music that carves a new emotional space in our faith. Songs that are vulnerable, worshipful and provoke reflection. The real spark for this project probably began when Marshall wrote “My God, My God” for a Good Friday service. Our church seemed to profoundly connect with its message and sound. Good Friday is a unique day in the liturgical year when grief and thankfulness coexist.
