Born in 1984 in Sri Lanka, Marcus Silva was raised in Umeå, Sweden. He started playing guitar at 4 and piano at the age of 7. Singing was always a big part of his life and his first time performing live was at the age of 12. After high school he was touring by himself and with different cover bands and Swedish artists. He has also toured with a number of international artists, amongst them singer Eric Martin, from the American supergroup Mr. Big. Marcus Silva is, as well as a singer and musician, a producer and songwriter for both TV and other artists.
