Born in Kinshasa in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Akhenaton Bunga Mbobo discovered music at an early age, thanks to his love of poetry, which led him to launch his musical career as a rapper and slammer. Known on the streets of Kinshasa as Akhenaton 513, he has performed with several local rap groups. The artist is a member of the Bantous Warriors collective, of which he is the founder. Later in his career, he became a professional musician and changed his name from Akhenaton 513 to LeMUNTU. This new identity gives the artist a new perspective on his artistic approach.
