Sleep Spell is an emo/pop-punk band from Nashville, TN. Starting originally as a home studio project, guitarists Zak and Stephen began writing songs together in the fall of 2019 just for fun, not intending for anything to come of them. After recruiting William, Jay, and Blake, the band began jamming and writing music together in the beginning of 2022, and quickly realized that there was more to the songs and the group than they wanted to keep in a practice space.
