David Coast is an AfroFusion/Afrobeats artist who is a son of the Nigerian soil. Born in Abuja, Nigeria he was always in choirs and bands growing up and in high school. At the age of 15 he had an epiphany and taught himself to play the guitar, playing locally in churches and bands around Lagos all the way through college in Ghana. After Moving to the US, he got into the live music scene in Dallas where he met musicians that helped hone his skills and eventually his producer.
